One could say, "The applicatuions that are easy to be used are designed to be intuitive."
The author think that's almost a tautology.
The author also wrote:
Except that the word "intuitive" is a little bit deceptive. Jef Raskin once pointed out that when we say "intuitive" in the context of software, we really mean "familar".
